Find Your Flow

When you have a longing to write a script, the story is alive inside of you. The more you say YES to the process, the louder the desire to complete it becomes. If the script remains unfinished, you may notice that the story starts to speak to you through physical symptoms, sensations, and emotions. This is the wisdom of your body letting you know there is unexpressed creative energy.

Spending prolonged periods of time not expressing the story can lead to paralyzing self-doubt. The ever-changing landscape of the TV and film industry may be fueling the doubt and causing a loop of stuck energy to manifest into procrastination.

Do you have an idea for a script you’ve been wanting to write for years?

Have you gotten started and feel stuck at a particular part?

Are you struggling with finding the time to complete it?

The antidote is to devote yourself to the process. Writing a script is a process of embodiment. As you bring the characters to life through your writing, it activates a multidimensional experience. You will live inside the story, crafting relationships, behaviors, emotions, and choices that will ultimately move and transmute energy in your own life.

Finding your flow and allowing that energy to be the momentum you need to finish your script doesn’t have to be something you wait for. You can create a writing ritual that invites the inspiration to move through you. My intention is to offer a space to begin that ritual of embodiment.
